File a Complaint

Any homeowner or individual can make an ethics complaint about an Foreclosure Council of America member or against any Investor whether or not they are a member

    All complaints must be received in writing.
    All complaints must show physical evidence that the complaint at least attempted to resolved said dispute with Foreclosure Council of America member or investor before filing complaint against said person.
  1. Mail complaint via certified mail to:

    Richmond, VA 23227

  2. State what resolution you think is best.
  3. Copy of all documents and forms along with all correspondence related to said complaint.
  4. A statement in your own words describing the nature of the complaint. A list of all relevant information pertaining to complaint.
  5. All relative dates concerning complaint must be clearly listed in complaint.

The Foreclosure Council of America will not consider mediation for any complaint that has a pending litigation.

Request for Mediation by Any Foreclosure Council of America Member

Any member of Foreclosure Council of America may request that the Foreclosure Council of America Ethics Committee mediate a dispute with a client. Member will need to submit this request in writing. Foreclosure Council of America member should follow same guidelines set forth for non member complaints. See above.
