4. Discounts - Members shall receive discounts on authorized courses and conventions.
5. National Directory - Members name and contact information will be included in National Directory which will be marketed nationwide.
6. Consumer Education - Members will have exclusive use of our marketing materials to assist them with educating homeowners about the foreclosure process.
7. Certification of Membership - Members will receive a prestigious framed certificate as well as a certificate for your credibility kit. Members receive an annual plaque of Good Standing in the Foreclosure Council of America. Members will receive a lapel pin with Foreclosure Council of America logo to identify themselves as an Ethical Professional.
8. Leads - Members will receive leads generated from our National Advertising and Website from Distressed homeowners in their area.

1. Applicants must review and agree to abide by the Foreclosure Council of America Code of Ethics
2. Applicants must sign a membership agreement and agree to submit to our dispute mediation process
3. Applicants agree to undergo a criminal background check
